Villas construction details
- The foundations of the house (until the shaped land) have got
fellers in the angles and the stonework is a metre thick
(supporting structure)
- The foundations’ concrete is 20-25, with iron armature of
100 x 25cm according to the Civil Engineer’s study
- The supporting structure stonework of 50cm thickness is
chiselled out of hand and built in hard stone
- The external stonework is traditionally jointed
- Internally shall be jointed or be plastered according to the
choice of the buyer
- The door-frames are traditional-Venetian with fellers totally
chiselled out of hand
- For each bedroom, two stone arches of 50 x 60 cm are provided
(in order to have lighting on the right and left of the bed)
- For the living room a fireplace is provided, two stone benches
on the left and right and a lighted stone arch
- An internal wooden staircase for the first floor and
veranda
- The chambers are constructed with 20-25 concrete of 15cm
thickness with obvious wood shuttering & beams with boards
