The Location
This very private villa offers

Agia Galini has a vast range of tavernas and restaurants during the summer
months and most of your local supplies would be purchased from the many
supermarkets. During the winter months this attractive village is quieter but
still provides the opportunity to dine out, several of the restaurants remaining
open.
This must be one of the most ecologically friendly houses we have
come across having a windmill and solar panels which generates over 1kw of
electricity to storage batteries in the basement under the pool. When fully
charged these can supply
electrical needs for up to three days without any further input. Solar power panels are
motorised to follow the sun to ensure that they are receiving the maximum
sunlight possible. Hot water is provided from conventional water heating solar
panels on the roof, which can be assisted if required by power from the
batteries during the short winter months. The power from the batteries is
stepped up to 220v AC and so provide a conventional electricity supply.
The Villa
Located on a very large plot at the end of an accessible but
fairly rugged road this property offers seclusion without isolation, there being
6 or so properties along this mountain road.
The villa offers a ground floor living area of large lounge with feature
fireplace and fully fitted kitchen. An archway leads from the lounge to two
double bedrooms with ample floor to ceiling storage and a bathroom to serve both
bedrooms. At the kitchen end and opposite, there is an extremely useful utility
room and separate water closet next to this.
 The covered terrace in front faces the spacious infinity pool with the
