Location
This small development of three houses is located in the centre of
the island and about 1km off of the main road between Agia Galini
and Rethymno. The area is idyllic being a very attractive and
natural part of this beautiful island, and only a short drive from
the unspoilt beaches of the south coast. The nearest centre for
shopping would be the lively village of Spili, which offers a bank,
post office, medical centre and several supermarkets. Rethymno
would be the nearest large town which is approximately 35 minutes
drive away.
The Development
These properties are to be built on a plot of about
1700m² within a small olive grove which adjoin a quiet country road. The views are wonderful of
the surrounding hillsides. Each property will offer approximately
105m² of liveable accommodation and located on their
individual plots of approx 550m².
Build
on two levels these houses are not of the usual white painted concrete, so often
erected these days as traditional homes, but are in natural local stone. This
enhances the look of the property and offers a natural coolness inside during

include white goods, although some fitted bedroom cupboards are included. The
first floor will be tiled in ceramic with the second floor of wood. The ceiling

On hearing of a number of problems people
are having on Crete with the purchasing off plan properties from some property construction companies,
this developer will only require payment in stages and is not
looking for the normal 70% to 80% deposit so often demanded. As
part of the contract a strict construction timescale will be agreed
between parties and will be adhered too. We will also offered our
project management services for free to oversee this development.
