HOLIDAY CHECK LIST

  1. checklist1Select the accommodation and send us the reference number and the date of your visit. We will response within 8 hours (please re-send the email if you do not hear from us as there may have been a technical problem). Most charter flights run Tuesday to Tuesday or Friday to Friday from the UK. Please state on your email your alternative accommodation preference, especially if you are booking close to your intended departure date.
     

  2. Book your own flight with the airline of your choice and email us confirmation of your flight booking reference number and flight times. We have found that http://www.charterflights.co.uk offer a good on-line internet booking service but see our travel section for more options.
     

  3. Send us a cheque for the deposit or alternately we can now receive the deposit electronically through the UK banking system from both national and international banks (details below). A confirmation invoice and itinerary will be posted to you upon receipt of the deposit.
     

  4. Transfer from the airport to your hotel and from your hotel back to the airport or car hire can be arranged upon request.

Please ensure that you have adequate insurance for your holiday.

MEDICAL COVER

All UK citizens travelling to another EC country are advised to obtain form E111 from their doctor or local Post Office. This form should be presented when any medical assistance is required abroad, and will enable you to reclaim certain costs when you return home. It is also advisable to arrange holiday insurance which includes suitable medical cover.
The regulations concerning inoculations and immunisation alter from time to time but at present none are required for EC citizens entering Crete.  Leaflets from The UK Department of Health containing advice to travellers is available from your local General Practitioner. Separate travel insurance in also advisable.ra4.jpg

ROOM ALLOCATION

Rooms at hotels and apartments are normally allocated by the owner of the property upon arrival. Please inform us at the time of your booking if you have any particular requests concerning your accommodation, such as a twin or double bedded room. We will do our best to meet your requirements.

HOLIDAY REPRESENTATIVES

We are a company aimed at independent travellers and do not want to pass on costs of holiday representatives to our customers. We will however give you our local 24 hour telephone contact number in Crete which you can call should you have any questions or problems during your stay.
