This accommodation is exceptional, offering quality with those little extras that make such a difference, Views of either the sea or mountains and positioned on the sea front right in the centre of the village of Plakias. What's more, because of the on site facilities they are able to offer holiday accommodation all year round.

Facing the beach are rooms only, plus 1 studio. To the side are luxury studios and apartments offering seclusion and lovely scenery. All units have air conditioning [or heating during the winter months] at no extra charge, plus the convenience of your own private telephone*.

Linen and towels are changed as and when required.
All are furnished to an extremely high standard. In the event of power cuts a generator will silently cut in. Power cuts are a regular feature of a Cretan winter.

Luxury Apartments:
These luxury apartments are furnished to a high standard. Having a large kitchen area with a fridge-freezer, double sink, cupboards under, wall units, extraction, full size cooker with four ring hob, plenty of work top.
Large dining table and chairs. The bathroom has small bath-shower, w.c. wash basin and the added bonus of a washing machine, making it ideal for families.

Separate bedroom with double bed, bedside unit, table lamps, fitted wardrobe, shelf unit, also a phone.

There are double glazed doors opening onto a large furnished balcony with superb views of the mountains, incorporated in the door is a fine fly screen to keep out unwanted insects, fly screens are also within the windows. Decorative wooden stairs leads to a sleeping gallery, with one or two single beds, double wardrobe, bedside unit, table lamp, double glazed window with fly screen. There is also air conditioning to use when required, free of charge.

Luxury Studio:
These luxury studios are furnished to high standard with a solid pine sofa bed for two persons, twin pine beds, bedside units, table lamps, ample size wardrobe, dressing table with mirror above. Kitchen area has plenty of base and wall units, sink, electric two ring hob, extraction, work top with fridge under, dining table and chairs. Tiled shower room w.c. Ceramic tiles throughout the studio. Double glazed doors open out onto a furnished balcony with superb views of the mountains.

Incorporated in the door and windows are fine fly screens to keep out unwanted insects, there is also air conditioning to use when required, this is free of charge.

Double or Triple Bedded rooms
Rooms have ceramic tiled floors with doors leading to furnished balcony with sea views. En -suite shower room and w.c. Furniture consists of dressing table and chairs with mirror over, fridge and air conditioner, bedside units and large wardrobe storage. telephone for your convenience but remember, all calls must be paid for on departure. A travel kettle would be useful for that much needed drink even though you will be surrounded by tavernas offering breakfast or daytime meals.
