The Location
Set in a tranquil rural location just outside the village of Kastellos is northern Crete, these 3 studio villas provide a delightful feel of the "real" Crete.

Although located for peace and quiet, they are still only 20 minutes away by car from Rethymno. Kastellos village has 2 tavernas, and a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and filling station are all close by (10 minutes by car) in the neighbouring village of Armeni.

Being only a few minutes drive from the Rethymno / Spili road, the villas are also ideally placed to reach the beaches of both the north and south coast of Crete.

The Sudios
Built in 2005, each studio provides spacious (40 square metres) accommodation in an open – plan style, with lounge area, fully equipped kitchen, shower/WC and either twin or double bed sleeping arrangements. For guests’ comfort, there is air conditioning, full central heating and a cosy open fire. Outside, each villa has completely private terraces front and rear, giving marvellous views to both sea and mountains. There is also a barbecue area and boules court. Please note that all accommodation is non–smoking.

A welcome pack (tea, coffee, water, wine, bread, milk, butter, cheese, jam and fruit) is provided on arrival, and towels/linen are changed mid – week during each stay. A hairdryer, books, games, local information pack and a CD/radio can be found in each villa, with an iron/ironing board and internet access is available on request.

The villas are licensed by EOT, the Greek tourist authority, and owners Liz & Paul live on site to help with any problems or queries. Optional guided walking in the local countryside is available on request, and a car is definitely recommended for getting out and about.
