The Location
These apartments offer seclusion, yet are only 200 meters from the start of the village with its local tavernas and kaffenions, the coastal town of Georgioupolis being 3km away with its golden sandy beaches. The main highway is only 2.5 km away and the ancient town of Rethymno with its Venetian harbour only a 20 minutes drive.

The Apartments
The building has just been completed and the apartments are ready for occupation. The above rent is based on the occupiers buying their own furniture and white goods. If however they would prefer furniture to be supplied this could be arranged but the rent would increase to 450 euros per month.

The apartments are built on a plot of 2000m² and range from 87.5m² of liveable accommodation to 94.00m². The owner lives in one of the apartments, and is on hand 24 hours per day should there be any problems. Electricity, oil and water is metered and the bills are to be met by the occupier. 2 months rent is required as a deposit and rent is then paid one month in advance.

The two apartments available both have two bedrooms, large open plan kitchen dining area and lounge. Double doors lead out onto either a terrace or balcony. The views are exceptional, looking over Georgioupolis bay and the surrounding countryside. Each apartment is built to an exceptionally high standard with fitted kitchen and bedroom wardrobes. Flooring is ceramic tiles and the ceilings throughout are wooden.
