The Location
The house is only a short walking distance to the village of Kournas with it’s local tavernas and kaffenions, the coast village of Georgioupolis being 3km away with it's golden sandy beaches. The main highway is only 2.5 km away and the ancient town of Rethymno with its Venetian harbour only a 20 minutes drive.

The House
This property is available for long term rent of not less than twelve months and comes complete with lovely visas. The house has it’s own private driveway, garage space and is built on a 4000m² plot. Oil fired central heating, tilting security doors and excellent views of the nearby village and surrounding countryside make this an ideal location for a long term stay.

The open plan lounge with feature fireplace and a fully fitted kitchen / dinning area has access to a sun terrace with views across the gardens towards the sea and mountains, approx. 3km distance. All bedrooms are double size and offer individual access to sun terrace or balconies. One bedroom has en- suite bathroom facilities.

It is envisaged that this property would suit a family (pets are welcome), who need to have a base whilst awaiting building completion of a home of their own.

Electricity and water are extra. A deposit of one months rent would be required to secure.
