This a recently constructed villa has been built to extremely high standards is located on the outskirts of the village of Skouloufia. Skouloufia is a traditional Cretan working village with 2 tavernas and a village bar, the local people being very friendly and welcoming. The villa is a 5 minutes drive from the nearest supermarket and less than a 10 minutes drive from the unspoilt beaches of the north coast of Crete and 20 minutes from the ancient town of Rethymno with it's charming 'old town area' and harbour.

The villa has been tastefully furnished and well equipped and includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area, with doors opening out onto a pergola covered terrace. Steps lead down to the pool, poolside patio and gardens. A stone wall in the living area adds to the charm of the villa through which an archway leads to a small interior hall and 2 bedrooms. The double bedroom includes a romantic four poster bed and fitted wardrobes and en suite facilities. The other bedroom have been fitted with two single beds and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning. A family shower room is accessed from the hall. A further 2 comfortable single beds have been supplied and can be easily accommodated in the living area.

Steps lead directly down to the pool and gardens. Steps from the dining terrace lead to the roof, which is bathed in sunshine throughout the day. Views across the surrounding countryside are even more magnificent from here.
