Sevi Villa  - Kolimbari Crete (Sevi 1 - to sleep up to 10, Sevi 2 - to sleep 2 + 2) The traditional Villas Sevi are approx 2 kms from the fishing village and seaside resort of Kolimbari in Western Crete where you will find some excellent tavernas and a couple of bars. Tourism here is fairly low key; a stay in this part of Crete will suit those looking for a more traditional Greek style holiday. There is a friendly kafenion in the village that serves drinks and snacks. The villas were restored in 2004 from an old farmhouse dating back to the early part of the century. These villas are undoubtedly amongst the best accommodation you will find in this part of Crete. The Villas Sevi are both air-conditioned and comprehensively equipped with all modern amenities but at the same time they have been furnished and decorated in an authentic traditional style. Chania is easily accessible by car (20 minutes to the east) with the beaches of Ravdoucha, Nopigia and Falassara within 10 to 15 minutes drive to the west. We recommend car hire to get the most out of your stay at the Villas Sevi but, for those who prefer not to drive, the bus stop for the service between Kolimbari and Kastelli is approx 200 metres away. Taxis can easily be arranged from Kolimbari.
Sevi Villa 1 (sleeps up to 10 persons) This a large detached two storey villa (200m2) in the style of a grand mansion with a central wooden staircase leading to the upper floor. It will sleep up to 10 in style and comfort. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with ample storage space, 3 of the bedrooms are en-suite, as follows:- Ground floor – one double with jacuzzi bath and satellite TV First floor – one double and one twin. There is another twin room on the first floor and a bedroom/study on the ground floor that has a sofa bed for 2; this room also has an adjoining private bathroom. The comprehensively equipped kitchen has full cooking facilities, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining table will seat up to 10. The spacious living area has a fireplace with plenty of sofas, further satellite TV and music system. Outside, steps lead up to the pool terrace where you will find a large impressive pool of 60m2 with a paddling section, all surrounded by extensive sunbathing areas complete with shower, sun beds and parasols. There is also a shaded seating area, a BBQ and an outdoor dining table that can accommodate up to 16. There are views to the coast from the pool terraces.

Sevi Villa 2 (sleeps up to 4 persons) This villa s perfect for couples or a family with 2 children. The villa stands just in front of Sevi 1 but nevertheless is very private as each villa is screened from the other and each has its own private terraces and swimming pool. The accommodation is spread over two floors with the open plan kitchen/dining and living area on the ground floor and the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom up a wooden staircase on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with full cooking facilities, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. The living area has a corner fireplace and sofa beds to sleep two children. The main bedroom with a double four-poster bed is on a mezzanine above the living area. There is a small jacuzzi bath in the adjoining bathroom. Outside Sevi 2 has its own 30m2 private swimming pool, pool terraces, BBQ and outdoor furniture.
