1 - Self Arrangement. Registration and Advertising

For the cost of the registration fee we build the web page and publish the your contact details, enabling potential purchasers to contact you direct and make any necessary viewing arrangements etc. We receive no commission. The property stays on our web site until sold or is withdrawn by yourself. You can have unlimited changes and updates. Payment is due once it goes live and you are happy with the web page and description.
Option 2 - Self / Friend / Other Agent. Registration and Advertising fee €100 (until sold)
As in option 1 for the cost of the registration fee we build the web page and publish the sellers (your) contact details, enabling potential purchasers to contact you direct. We receive no commission. If you do not reside in Crete or you are not available to show clients your property, then a private agent, friend, neighbour or an estate agent can be used to meet and greet clients and show them your property on your behalf. It will be up to you to negotiate a rate for this work with the agent or friend as it will be independent of Crete Connections. Because you will be doing most of the work then the commission rate (or set charge) should be lower than the 2.5% commission estate agencies normally charge. If you are looking for a private agent then we may be able to suggest one depending on location. Payment is due once it goes live and you are happy with the web page and description
Option 3 - Crete Connections Agent (limited areas only) - Registration and Advertising fee €0
For 2.5% of the sell price we do all that is necessary in selling your property, publishing the details on our web site, liaising with prospective clients, showing them the property and generally helping the purchaser with the purchasing process. If you sell your house direct (or by other means) then we receive no commission.

- The price in euros that you want to sell it for
- Description of the local area – things to see, local interest information, distance from the sea etc.
- The Google Map Reference -
- Google Maps

With the cursor hovering over the property, right hand mouse click - drop in LatLng Marker (Τι υπάρχει εδώ) - Send us the numbers displayed which should represents your property location
- Description of the property – living area, kitchen, bedrooms, workshop or any other features you feel appropriate.
- Description of the garden / land – including swimming pool, fruit trees, interesting features etc.
- Good quality photographs - house (front, side back elevations, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, study, view), garden (swimming pool, flowers, view) and perhaps 1 of the of the village or local area etc. 10 is a good number but you can send more is you so wish. Please remember that most people look at the photos first before reading the property description, so please send as good equality as possible taken on a sunny day. Because of the picture sizes you may have to send several emails each containing 1 or 2 photos.
