Advertise your rental property for a single and cost effective payment. There are no further payments or estate agents fees and your holiday property will remain live on our system for the agreed period.
All enquiries generated from your private advert will be automatically
routed through to your own personal email address or to a designated
friend or other agent, who can then deal with enquiries. Register your
property and start marketing your property today. Registration and Advertising fee €100 (for 2 years)
For the cost of the registration fee we build the web page and publish the your contact details, enabling potential enquirers to contact you direct and make any necessary holiday arrangements etc. We receive no commission.
If you are sending us your rental accommodation details then we will need the following:
- The price in euros that you want to rent it for. Consider different prices for winter and summer seasons and also for short or long term rental
- Description of the local area – things to see, local interest information, distance from the sea etc.
- The Google Map Reference (click here for the google map of Crete) -
Focus in on your property (you can zoom in and move the map around by click/hold on it).
With the cursor hovering over the property location, right hand mouse click - drop in LatLng Marker (Τι υπάρχει εδώ)- Send us the numbers displayed which should represents your property location - (35.xxxxxx,24.xxxxxx)
- Description of the property – living area, kitchen, bedrooms and any other features you feel appropriate.
- Description of the garden / land – including swimming pool, fruit trees, interesting features etc.
- Good quality photographs - house (front, side back elevations, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, study, view), garden (swimming pool, flowers, view) and perhaps 1 of the of the village or local area etc. 10 is a good number but you can send more is you so wish. Please remember that most people look at the photos first before reading the description, so please send as good a quality as possible taken on a sunny day. Because of the picture sizes you may have to send several emails each containing 1 or 2 photos.
