 This land would be ideal for investment purposes
although if one wished to build on this land a building permit will
have to be applied for and granted by the local authorities.
However, we commissioned an independent survey on this plot and
unfortunately under current Greek regulations building permission
would certainly not be approved. This of course may change in the
future in which case would make the land more valuable.
The plot is surrounded on three sides by olive groves and in a
quiet area. It is gently sloping and offers good views of the
surrounding countryside. It is bordered one side by a reasonably
made up road allowing good access. Water and electricity are close
by. The central Cretan town of Spili is a 5 minutes drive away.
