Terms and Conditions
 We can not
personally check of the details about the accommodation some of which are sent
to us by the owner, but we do try a verify details listed where possible prior to
publication. We can not be held responsible for any changes
whatsoever made by the hotelier, landlord or agent in the intervening period, however
if we hear of any issues or changes we will update this site immediately and
inform any pre-booked parties of those changes.
If you book direct with the owner or agent we can not be held responsible for problems
with the booking, your contract being with the owner or agent and not with Crete
Connections. If you do however have a problem which you can't get resolved then
please contact us at
holiday@crete-connections.com and we will endeavour to sort out the issue on
your behalf.
Rest assured that any hotelier that is found to be at fault will be dropped from
being listed on our web site.
We are completely independent of any
affiliation to any travel companies and will not
be able to organise any flights or make other travel
arrangements. We will leave that for you to
arrange the best deal possible. See our

guidance.
Crete-Connection can not be held responsible
for any personal injury or loss of property however caused.
FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
 If
you make your booking through us we will confirm
the price of your accommodation, the start of your holiday and the period of
your stay. Upon receipt of the deposit we post a confirmation letter to you
together with directions,
usually within a few days.
If you wish us to arrange car hire then we will
confirm the price at the time of booking. We will require your flight details
and arrival airport. You will settle your own account with the car
hire company upon your arrival in Crete, likewise
you will settle your holiday accommodation account,
unless stated differently,
direct with the proprietor usually upon arrival.
