Andy's Apartments - Georgioupolis Crete
Conveniently located between the centre of the village of
Georgioupolis about 100 metres from the lovely sandy beach and the
same distance to the village centre. The owners Andy (Andreus) and
his wife Viccy speak excellent English and will do all they can to
make your stay comfortable. Beneath the building is a souvenir shop
run by a daughter and close by is a children's playground and mini
golf course run by another daughter.
All the rooms are equipped with coffee maker, fridge, and ceiling
fans, and all have their own private balconies. Balcony furniture
and dining furniture is supplied as standard
Andy’s apartments consist of a mix of rooms, studios, and
family apartments. The family apartments are situated on the ground
floor and can accommodate up to 5 persons.
The beautiful main church of the village is situated just opposite
and forms a lovely backdrop when sitting outside enjoying a drink
on your balcony in the warm evenings.
The location is not noisy, but will be lively with pedestrians
strolling past and some local traffic. The large eucalyptus trees
which Georgiouplis is famous for surround the apartments, creating
at various times during the day a lovely dappled shade.
Apartments for family
 Conveniently sited on the ground floor these
apartments are ideal for a family holiday. Each apartment has a
balcony at ground level fitted with a safety gate so that small
children can not run out on to the road. The apartment consists of
two balconies, one bedroom with twin beds, main room with twin beds
and mini kitchen area, en suite shower and w.c.
The apartments are light and airy and offer the advantage of having
a through breeze via the patio doors at each end.
Studio for three
As above but with three single beds. These studios are large and
are not cramped, again fitted with a comprehensive mini-kitchen to
enable the odd home cooked meal. Ample wardrobe space for storage
is provided.
 Studio for two
Large airy studios with ceramic tiled floors and private balcony. A
small but comprehensive kitchen area will enable you to cook small
meals as a change from eating out. En suite shower, and w.c.
Double room standard
As above but slightly larger, all the same standard fittings. Doors
leading on to private balcony, ceramic tiled floors, ceiling fan,
fridge, wall lights, wall safe.
Double room small
As above but has a double bed, again ceiling fan, private balcony
and coffee maker. En suite shower, and w.c. wall lights, ample
storage, wall safe and fridge
 Rooms
Unusually, a single room is available with private balcony and en
suite shower and w.c. Accommodation includes a wall safe for
keeping passport cash and other valuables items secure. A large
ceiling- fan, and an electric coffee maker for your comfort and
convenience. Wall lighting above the beds. Ample storage space for
clothing, ceramic tiled floor and bedside table completes the
picture.

Cleaning is carried out on a daily basis and linen changed every 4
