This modern complex in Crete consists of a studios, apartments and maisonettes.  Perfectly located along a sandy beach promenade and approximately 2km walk into the historic town of Rethymno with its Venetian Harbour.

There is a large swimming pool to the front of the building, which also incorporates a children’s pool. Terraced area is available with sun beds to relax in.

The ground floor of the building incorporates a snack bar which is open all day. A vending machine for cold drinks is also available for your convenience. All rooms, maisonettes and apartments have the benefit of air conditioning.

All the accommodation has balconies but if a sea view is important it must be requested.

You will find additional furniture for your comfort in the way of relaxing sofas and occasional tables. A wall safe is incorporated for added security for your valuables. Kitchen areas are equipped with electric hobs and extractors. An electric coffee maker is also supplied. Floors are tiled throughout and the en-suite facilities offer a full size bath.

All rooms have telephone, fitted storage and bedside tables.

The deposit is payable to Crete-Connections in the UK, the remainder to the owner upon arrival. The accommodation to be vacated on the day of departure by 12 noon unless alternative arrangements are agreed with the owner.
