The lounge of each apartment has a feature working fireplace as well as full central heating and solar assist water heating for the summer months.

The apartments are surrounded by a large walled garden soon to be laid to flowers. Ample car parking space on shared drive. Water, electricity, and heating oil usage, is metered and will be paid by the occupier.
