The double bedroom has an has an en-suite bathroom and  also a twin bedroom is next to the shower room. There are further sleeping possibilities on the comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge area. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. A large swimming pool, which is only shared with the owners who live next door, is situated in the spacious grounds. The local area Vamos is a traditional working village and has 3 tavernas, many kafenions, several grocery stores, bakery, bank, post office, hairdressers and 24hr health centre. The beach resorts of Kalives & Almerida are a 10 minute drive way, Georgioupolis 15 minutes, the town of Chania with its picturesque harbour 30 minutes and Rethymno 40 minutes. Chania airport is a 45 minute drive. Car hire is recommended to take full advantage of places of interest in the surrounding area. See car hire for options.
